Acer palmatum 'Ueno-Yama'

The Ueno-Yama is a deciduous tree or shrub that is intense orange in spring turning orange-green and yellow in autumn. It produces a blaze of seasonal colour, starting early in the year as it bursts in to leaf that are bright yellow with a fiery orange edging. Through summer they change to an attractive bright green that often retains the orange edging. Autumn sees the leaves gradually turn to vivid orange and yellow shades. It forms a striking upright specimen with a beautiful branch outline in winter.
